Mini flap discs are ideal for grinding in hard-to-reach areas as well as deburring, surface conditioning and finishing of surfaces requiring fast grinding and discs with a long life. The Speedlok attachment enables quick and easy disc replacement. The disc does not pinch due to high heat. The TR attachment system allows the disc to be centred perfectly and reduces the vibration level. Recommended working speed for mini flap discs is 30-40 m/s. This speed optimises the removal rate, surface finish, heat development and life span. Excellent for aluminium, carbon steel and difficult to grind materials.
